1. This is a Zepto Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and would only be accepted on the Zepto mobile app and on www.zeptonow.com.
2. The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC cannot be used outside of India.
4. Zepto is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
5. GV/GC can not be used to purchase Gift Cards, Gold, or Silver coins from Zepto.
6. Limits may apply to your redemption of or spending using the GV/GC. If you have other payment methods in your Zepto account, the value from the GV/GC may be set as your default payment method. If you wish to use another payment method, go to the payment section in the Zepto app and select the payment method before the service is provided.
7. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. More than one GV/GC can be used in one bill. You can purchase and add GV/GC, with a maximum cumulative limit of INR 5,00,000 (Five Lakhs only) per month. GV/GC is available upto INR 10,000 denomination only.
9. If the order value is less than the amount of the GV/GC, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same GV/GC and can be used for subsequent transactions.
10. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
11. The GV/GC added to Zepto Wallet balance cannot be redeemed to purchase Jewellery, Coins & Tobacco products.
12. The GV/GC can be used to purchase discounted products.
13. Zepto reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate the rights and privileges attached to the GV/GC if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use.
14. Zepto may modify the terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
15. Redemption of the GV/GC is also subject to the Terms of Use governing your Zepto account.
16. If the order value exceeds the GV/GC amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI. The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
17. GV/GC may not be able to utilise the Gift Card for certain products, including tobacco, precious metal, and such other products or categories as may be determined by Zepto and/or its sellers from time to time. The Users are requested to check the Zepto Platform at all times before completing their purchases
18. Every holder of a GV/GC shall be required to add GV/GC to their Zepto User Account as a prerequisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards. This will entitle such a holder to redeem the value against products and services on the Zepto Platform. Zepto shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.
