1. This is a Yatra GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) and will be accepted only online on the mobile application and on the website at www.yatra.com.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC is valid only for booking flights.
4. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
5. Only one GV/GC can be used per booking.
6. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cashback, or promotion run by Yatra.
7. No additional discount or reduction in price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the GV/GC.
8. If the purchase value exceeds the value of the GV/GC, the balance amount must be paid through any other available payment mode.
9. If the purchase value is less than the value of the GV/GC, the customer can avail the discount only up to the value of the purchase, and the balance amount will be forfeited.
10. Any applicable convenience fee, processing fee, excess tour cost, or government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking, if the booking value exceeds the GV/GC value.
11. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
12. Yatra is not liable to pay any difference in fare or tariff between the date of redemption request placement and the date of using the GV/GC during booking.
13. In case of cancellations from the principal end, the valid GV/GC amount will be used for the next booking after deducting the standard cancellation charges.
14. In case of cancellation from the customer's end, the GV/GC amount will be forfeited.
15. All applicable standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy of Yatra, and the terms and conditions of the respective airline shall apply.
16. GV/GCs are for individual use only. Travel agents found using the GV/GC will lead to cancellation of the booking, and no refund will be made.
17. GV/GCs are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
18. If the GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.
19. Yatra/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
20. Yatra may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and Yatra is not required to explain such cases.
21. Yatra/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
22. Any legal disputes whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
