1. This is a Yatra GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) and will be accepted only online on the website at www.yatra.com and the mobile app.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC is valid only for booking flights on www.yatra.com.
4. The GV/GC is not applicable on hotels, bus, cab, train, Prime Membership, or any other services except flights.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the voucher is redeemed.
6. Multiple GV/GCs cannot be used in a single transaction.
7. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cashback, or promotion run by Yatra.com.
8. No additional discount or reduction in price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the GV/GC.
9. The GV/GC is not applicable for customers redirected from third-party affiliates/channels such as Skyscanner, etc.
10. Any applicable convenience fee, processing fee, excess tour cost, or government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking, only if the package cost exceeds the GV/GC value.
11. For redeeming flights online at www.yatra.com, please follow the steps below:
a. Select your flight and fill in the required details until you reach the payment page.
b. On the payment page, select “Gift Voucher” as your payment mode.
c. Enter your GV/GC/Card number.
d. Click on “Redeem Gift Card” and pay the balance amount, if any, using other payment modes listed.
12. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms and conditions of Yatra.com.
13. Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between the date of redemption request placement and the date of using the GV/GC during booking.
14. In case of cancellations, where the GV/GC validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by GV/GC.
15. If a GV/GC is lost or stolen, Yatra/GyFTR will not be responsible for replacement or compensation.
16. The GV/GC cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
17. The GV/GC once sold cannot be refunded.
18. The GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired.
19. This GV/GC is for individual use only. Travel agents found using the card will lead to cancellation of booking and no refund will be made.
20. All the terms and conditions of the GV/GC as given hereof and the standard terms and conditions, user agreement, and privacy policy of Yatra.com, as mentioned on www.yatra.com and subject to change, shall be applicable to the customer.
21. The terms and conditions of the respective airline/service provider shall also be applicable to the customer.
22. Yatra/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
23. Any legal disputes regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
