1. This is a Truefitt & Hill GV/GC (Gift Voucher/GiftCard), and it’s redeemable at all the listed stores.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Beneficiaries should announce the intent of using the GV/GC before making a purchase.
4. Truefitt & Hill GV/GC is only applicable to paid services. GV/GCs do not apply to Truefitt & Hill products, memberships, gift cards, and combo packages.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
6. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers.
7. Multiple GV/GC can be used against one bill.
8. GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired.
9. Truefitt & Hill may ask for valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the GV/GC.
10. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
11. The offer is valid for all the products available on the Truefitt & Hill store.
12. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
13. GV/GCs will be accepted across all mentioned outlets, and at its sole discretion, Truefitt & Hill may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
14. Truefitt & Hill makes full efforts to accept all GV/GCs, but on account of technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept GV/GCs.
15. This GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Truefitt & Hill may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
16. GyFTR/Truefitt & Hill or any of its partners would not be liable to pay any form of compensation on account of an outlet not being able to accept GV/GC. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
17. Truefitt & Hill/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
18. Truefitt & Hill may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
19. Truefitt & Hill/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
