1. This is a Spencer's Retail GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it is redeemable at all the listed Spencer’s Retail stores.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The beneficiary should inform the cashier of the intent to use the GV/GC for making payment before billing.
4. This GV/GC cannot be redeemed at WADIWADI, ALKAPURI, VADODARA (BARODA), GUJARAT outlet. Only the listed Spencer's outlets, at its sole discretion, shall accept the GV/GC. Spencer's may add or remove an outlet without prior notice.
5. Multiple GV/GCs can be used against one bill.
6. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
7. No credit note/refund for the unused amount of the GV/GC will be given.
8. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers.
9. The GV/GC is not applicable on bulk purchases and customized pricing.
10. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
11. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Spencer's may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
12. Spencer's makes full efforts to accept the GV/GC, but on account of any technical or administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
13. If the GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
14. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
15. Spencer's may choose not to honor the GV/GC if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and it is not required to explain such cases.
16. Spencer's/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
