2. The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed online.
3. The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
4. The GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
5. The GV/e-Pay is redeemable on all days of the week.
6. Customers must inform the cashier about their intent to use a GV/e-Pay option before the billing process begins and present the relevant details for validation.
7. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the ongoing offers & schemes.
8. The GV can be converted into e-Pay and then used partially at the holder's convenience.
9. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
10. Soch/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay.
11. The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
12. In case there is a balance amount to be paid after Gv/e-Pay redemption, the customer must pay the balance amount using available payment modes.
13. For any return of the product bought using the GV/e-Pay, the exchanges will be given for the value paid by the customer, plus the voucher value in the form of a Credit Note.
