2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This GV/GC is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the GV/GC and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
4. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with the existing offers.
5. A maximum of 3 GV/GCs can be used against one bill.
6. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.

8. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash or revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. In case of cancellation of an order made using the GV/GC within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same Shiva Organic GV/GC as used at the time of booking.
10. In case of cancellations where the Shiva Organic GV/GC validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the Shiva Organic GV/GC.

15. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
16. Shiva Organic/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
