2.The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3.GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
4.The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with discounts offered by Pure Home + Living.
5.The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
6.The GV can be converted into e-Pay at per convenience of the holder.
7.The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
8.After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9.The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
10.Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Pure Home + Living shall be accepted for redemption.

12.Pure Home + Living /GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
13.Pure Home + Living, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
14.In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Pure Home + Living GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
15.Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Pure Home + Living GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
16.Pure Home + Living /GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
