1. This is a Pizza Hut GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), issued by Yum! Restaurants India Private Limited (YUM) and its authorized franchisees. It will be accepted at all the listed Pizza Hut stores, on the Pizza Hut mobile app, and on the website at www.pizzahut.co.in.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC. No credit note or refund for the unused amount of the GV/GC will be given.
4. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers.
5. Up to 5 GV/GCs can be used in one bill at the listed Pizza Hut stores. Only 1 GV/GC can be used in one bill on the mobile app and website.
6. When at a Pizza Hut store, please inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV/GC for making the payment before billing.
7. GV/GCs are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
9. YUM and its authorized franchisees/Pizza Hut/GyFTR are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
10. YUM and its authorized franchisees/Pizza Hut/GyFTR reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
11. YUM and its authorized franchisees reserve the right to add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
12. The user unconditionally accepts all Terms and Conditions and shall not raise any disputes in this regard. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
