2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Multiple GV/GCs can be used against one bill.
4. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers and can be used during sale.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
6. The GV/GC is not valid at shop-in-shops or on jewellery.
7. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
8. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
9. The GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
10. No duplicate GV/GC will be issued if the GV/GC is lost or misplaced.
11. The bearer of the GV/GC is responsible for protecting the GV/GC number and PIN to avoid misuse. Pantaloons shall not assume any liability in case the GV/GC number or PIN is stolen or compromised.
12. Pantaloons may choose not to honor the GV/GC if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse, and is not required to explain such cases.
13. Pantaloons makes full efforts to accept the GV/GC, but on account of any technical or administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
14. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
15. Disputes arising in respect of the GV/GC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
16. Pantaloons reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
