1. This is a Myntra GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) issued by Pine Labs Limited, which is a company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorised by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards. Myntra E-Gift Card is redeemable on www.myntra.com & Myntra Mobile App.
2. The holder of Myntra GV is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
4. Multiple E- Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
5. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only. However, this E- Gift Card is not applicable for the purchase of items from restricted categories including Gold & Silver coins, Fine Jewellery.
6. In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card.
7. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
8. If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
9. GyFTR/ myntra.com/Pine Labs are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
10. Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ Pine Labs shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
11. Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending.
12. Pine Labs and/or Myntra may cancel a GV/GC at any time without liability if purchased fraudulently or if the beneficiary/KYC details (as per RBI guidelines) are incorrect, insufficient, or invalid. In such cases, funds will be refunded to the original source. You must provide accurate information during purchase, and Myntra may request additional documents as per KYC/AML regulations.
13. You agree and understand that GV/GC are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra/ Pine Labs Limited may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the GV/GC and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the GV/GC and/or transaction undertaken using the GV/GC with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra/ Pine Labs Limited may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information.
14. Myntra and/or Pine Labs are not responsible if the card is used without permission. You agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of the code provided to activate or use the GV/GC.
15. Neither Pine Labs nor Myntra make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card is non- functional, your sole remedy will be the issuance of another Gift Card, for the value remaining in the non-functional card.
