1. This is a Levi’s Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and can be redeemed for any product in the listed stores/mobile app/at https://levi.in/.
2. The person with the Levi’s GV/ e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Levi’s website and at stores.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
5. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
8. The GV cannot be redeemed on articles on discount running in retail stores during EOSS (End of Season Sale). Levis may add or delete any date at its sole discretion on EOSS.
9. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
10. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Levi’s shall be accepted for redemption.
11. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
12. Levi’s/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
13. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15. Levi’s/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
16. GV/e-Pay has been issued subject to the terms of the company.
17. Levi’s makes full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
