1. This is a Kama Ayurveda GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it can only be redeemed on the www.kamaayurveda.in website and at listed Kama Ayurveda stores.
2. The holder of this GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
3. Multiple Gift Vouchers can be used in one bill at the store/retail outlet.
4. For online use, you can redeem only ONE GV/GC per bill.
5. Once the Vouchers are added to e-Pay offline, they cannot be used online on the website.
6. This is a one-time use GV/GC. If the order value exceeds the GV/GC value, the difference must be paid using an alternative payment option. If the order value is less than the GV/GC value, it can’t be redeemed.
7. Kama Ayurveda GV/GC cannot be clubbed with ongoing promotions.
8. This GV/GC is not refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
9. Expired GV/GCs cannot be revalidated.
10. Kama Ayurveda GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Kama Ayurveda may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.

13. If GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Kama Ayurveda GV/GC has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15. Kama Ayurveda/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
