1. This is a Kama Ayurveda GV (Gift Voucher), and it can be redeemed on the website at www.kamaayurveda.in and at the listed Kama Ayurveda stores.
2. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the convenience of the holder.
3. GV once added to the e-Pay wallet cannot be used for redemption on the online website. For online use, you can redeem only ONE GV/GC per bill.
4. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption only at the listed retail stores. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
5. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
6. If the order value exceeds the GV/e-Pay value, the difference must be paid using an alternative payment option.
7. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with ongoing promotions.
8. The e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
9. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
10. The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Kama Ayurveda may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
11. Only valid Kama Ayurveda GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Kama Ayurveda shall be accepted for redemption.
12. Kama Ayurveda/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
13. If the GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Kama Ayurveda GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
15. Kama Ayurveda/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
