1.This is a Jockey Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and would only be accepted at www.jockey.in
2.GV/GC is to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued and is non-transferable.
3.A maximum of three GV/GCs can be utilized per invoice/order.
4.This GV/GC is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
5.This is a one-time use GV/GC. If the order value exceeds the GV/GC value, the difference must be paid by another payment option. If the order value is less than the GV/GC value, it can’t be redeemed.
6.Expired GV/GCs cannot be revalidated.
7.Page Industries Limited (“PAGE”)/GyFTR reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for the GV/GC without any prior notice or liability.
8.PAGE/GyFTR is not liable for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized usage of the GV/GC.
9.Any dispute related to the GV/GC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. PAGE holds the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
10.In no event shall PAGE's liability for any claims exceed the value of the GV/GC in dispute.
