1. This is a Innovist GV/GC that will be accepted on the website through this URL: https://innovist.com/. It cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
2. The user with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
4. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with ongoing offers and promotions.
5. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV/GC is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
6. Only valid Innovist GV/GC at the sole discretion of Innovist, shall be accepted for redemption.
7. The Innovist e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situation.
9. The Innovist GV/e-pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
10. The Innovist GV/GC can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Innovist website.
11. The Innovist/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Innovist, GyFTR, or its affiliates, shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Innovist GV/GC, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Innovist GV/GC has been received, and the company s decision shall be final.
15. Innovist/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
