1. This is an ITC Hotels Gift Voucher (GV)/ Gift Card (GC), issued by Pine Labs Private Limited and would only be accepted at participating ITC s Hotels Group in India, check the listed store locator.
2. Register and activate your ITC Hotels GV/GC before using it.
3. The GV/GC is valid for spending towards stays (room and incidental charges), food & beverages, home deliveries, and takeaways, spa services (for resident guests only), Fabelle boutiques, Sleep Boutique, and applicable taxes at any of the participating hotels.
4. Requests for blocking of GV/GC only from users who have registered by the terms of the GV/GC mentioned below shall be considered.
5. Multiple GV/GC can be used against one bill.
6. Cash-out or funds transfer shall not be permitted for this GV/GC. However, the funds may be transferred back to the source account (the account from which the GV/GC was loaded) after receiving consent from the GV/GC holder.
7. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. Any dispute shall be referred to Pine Labs, and the decision of Pine Labs shall be final.
9. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, India.
10. The GV/GC is not valid for spending towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers spent at retail or any third-party service establishment at participating hotels, or any expenses of a personal nature for which a pay-out is raised, such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items, etc.
11. GyFTR, Pine Labs & ITC reserve the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on the website https://itchotels.woohoo.in/.

a. Corporate rates
b. Group rates
c. Online Travel Agents (OTAs)
d. Any discounted or contracted room rates
12. Should the purchase value exceed the card value, the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale either in cash or through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making such purchase. International Cards won’t be accepted for making payments.
13. Club ITC Green Points shall not be awarded for transactions settled using the GV/GC. However, for transactions settled with a combination of GV/GC and any other eligible payment mode, the Club ITC Green Points may be awarded for the differential amount being settled through the alternate payment mode.
14. Handling refunds for GV/GCs:
-Refunds in case of failed/returned/rejected/canceled transactions shall be provided to the respective GV/GC within 14 working days, to the extent that payment was made initially by debit to the GV/GC.
-Refunds in case of failed/returned/rejected/canceled transactions using any other payment instrument shall be credited back to the payment source.
15. The GV/GC can be purchased for a minimum value of 1,000 and a maximum value of 10,000 per transaction.
16. The GV/GC will be delivered to the recipient's email address as entered in the form on the same day unless the delivery is scheduled for a particular day.
