1. This is a Femmella GV(Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted only on the website through this URL: www.femmella.com.
2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the Femmella e-Pay balance. The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the convenience of the holder.
4. After conversion into e-Pay, the GV balance is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
5. Order placed using a GyFTR Voucher or e-Pay balance will be refunded in the form of a Femmella Gift Card, sent to the customer’s registered email ID.
6. The GV/e-Pay used over and above any discounts offered by the brand on their website.
7. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Femmella shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The Femmella e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
9. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situation.
10. The Femmella GV/e-pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
11. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Femmella website.
12. Femmella/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
13. Femmella, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
14. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Femmella GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
15. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Femmella GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
16. Femmella/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
