1. GVs issued by the Merchant and sold by VIPL shall be accepted and redeemed on the following websites of the Merchant: https://www.myfrido.com & https://mobility.myfrido.com
2. Once issued, the GVs shall neither be returned, refunded or cancelled by the Merchant under any circumstances.
3. Only valid GVs shall be eligible for redemption on the Website(s).
4. The GVs shall be valid for such periods as may be set out in the GV (“Validity Period”) at the Merchant’s sole discretion. The Validity Period may change basis the merchant’s sole discretion
5. The GV/e-Pay is valid on slashed prices and can be clubbed with bank offers. But it cannot be clubbed with any brand promo code applicable on the website(s).
6. In case of cancellation of the Product(s), the amount as paid by the End User will be transferred into e-Pay.
7. GVs can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, the GV shall be valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the Validity Period.
9. E-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
10.GVs can be used for purchasing any and all the products available on the Website.
11.Neither the Merchant nor VIPL or their respective affiliates shall be responsible or liable: (i) to the customer in case the GV is lost, stolen, or used without permission of the relevant customer; or (ii) if the customer / beneficiary shares the GV number, PIN, or account credentials resulting in unauthorised use of the GV /e-Pay balance.
