2.The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3.The GV/e-Pay can be converted into e-Pay, at the holder's convenience.
4.The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with deals and offers on the Comet website.
5.The GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
6.GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once expires and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
7.After conversion into e-Pay, the GV balance is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
8.Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Comet, shall be accepted for redemption.
9.The Comet e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
10.The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services on the Comet website.
11.Comet /GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12.Comet, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, pin, or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13.If the customer cancels the product before delivery where the customer has made a transaction via Epay and applies for a refund in case of non-delivery of the particular product, the total refund amount shall be refunded back to the source.
