1. This is a bigbasket Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and can be redeemed on the bigbasket mobile application only. Visit the bigbasket mobile application> click on the icon on the top right and choose 'My Gift Cards’ > Enter GV/GC code and GV/GC PIN > click on ‘Redeem’.
2. The person finally redeeming the GV/GC shall be deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC.
4. The entire GV/GC amount shall be credited to the bigbasket wallet.
5. Add products to the basket and complete the payment by choosing bbWallet as the payment option. (Please Note: There is a limit of 3 GV/GC per day that can be redeemed in a bigbasket account)
6. GV/GCs are redeemable only on the bigbasket mobile app.
7. GV/GCs are valid only in select cities and geographical locations where bigbasket operates, subject to availability. If a GV/GC is purchased and used in a city where bigbasket does not operate, the amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.
8. The validity of the GV/GC will be as communicated to the user at the time of issuance.
9. The redeemed GV/GC amount can be used across multiple orders, except for:
• Purchase of Gold or Silver Coins.
• Purchases of any product from the electronics category.
• Purchases of any products sold by third-party sellers listed on the platform, like café, pharmacy, and such other categories.
• Purchase of cigarettes, cigars, cheroots, beedis, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco, snuff, pan masala, or any chewing material having tobacco as one of its ingredients (by whatever name called), gutka, and/or tooth powder containing tobacco.
• Purchase of infant food, infant milk substitute, and/or feeding bottles.
• Such other products or categories, as may be determined by bigbasket at its sole discretion.
10. GV/GC cannot be redeemed for cash and/or credited to the source account.
11. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
12. GV/GCs are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-resaleable.
13. Bigbasket reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. If a customer misplaces the GV/GC, bigbasket shall not be responsible for any reimbursement/refund for such a Gift Card amount or issue of a duplicate Gift Card.

16. BigBasket reserves the right to suspend/discontinue bbWallet services wherein the GV/GCs are redeemed in case of any suspected misuse, abuse or violations of the Terms and Conditions[www.bigbasket.com/fp/mobile/terms-and-conditions/].
17. Neither bigbasket nor GyFTR shall be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
