1. This is a Biba GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted on the website at www.biba.in.
2. The holder of the Biba GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
5. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the Biba e-Pay balance.
6. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
7. Only valid Biba GV/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Biba, shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The Biba e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
9. The Biba e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
10. The Biba GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
11. Biba/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Biba, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/e-Pay number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Biba GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Biba GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15. Biba or GyFTR may terminate or suspend Biba GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
16. Biba or GyFTR reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Biba GV/e-Pay at any time.
