1. This is a Beverly Hills Polo Club (GV)/e-Pay that will be accepted at Aldo, Call it Spring, Charles & Keith, Inglot, Victoria’s Secret, Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Bath & Body Works & R&B stores only.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per the convenience of the holder.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
5. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance. The maximum cumulative GV value that can be added to the e-Pay balance in 30 days is Rs. 25,000.
6. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
7. Only valid GV/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Apparel group, shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
9. The e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
10. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
11. Apparel group, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
12. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
14. Apparel group or GyFTR may terminate or suspend Apparel group GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
15. Apparel group or GyFTR reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Apparel group GV/e-Pay at any time.
